I had no idea the joy that I would feel from owning a Le Creuset French Oven....actually I didn't own it....it was loaned to me by Rob at http://www.kitchenalia.ca in Westboro to use for a few cooking shows.
Rob thought the special edition Provence lavender hue would be fun and I fell in love. I simmered, braised, sauteed and steamed. I marvelled at the welcome spash of colour and loved the cheery addition to my kitchen.
I did end up purchasing the Provence French Oven from Rob because I couldn't imagine sending it back!
